Talented was our partner when we were looking for a CTO for our new startup. Being experts in assessment and selection ourselves we sat the bar high and we were heavily invested in getting the right person to join. I feel Talented really adapted to our needs. Always being flexible and adjusting the process to fit our wishes. They followed us up closely and also maintained a close dialogue with everyone else involved throughout the process. We ended up with some really highly talented people that wanted to join this adventure and we are very glad that we now have a really great CTO onboard.
